This group is designed to help you understand why that happens and give you practical tools to work with it.
What to Expect

This is a structured, supportive space focused on skill-building and present-moment awareness.
You will never be asked to share trauma details.
You’re always in control of what you share.

What You'll Learn
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn how to:
Understand your nervous system responses (fight, flight, freeze, shutdown)
Recognize early signs of emotional overwhelm
Use grounding and regulation tools that actually work in real life
Build skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Respond to emotions instead of feeling controlled by them
Communicate more clearly and set healthier boundaries
